Wyoming Child & Family Development (WCFD) is a private, non-profit organization, founded in 1965. We provide Head Start, Early Head Start, Developmental Disabilities, and other comprehensive preschool services for children from birth through 5 years of age and their families. We have about 200 employees, working in 14 service locations in an 8 county region of Wyoming.

Head Start Teacher Part Day - 35 hrs. - Glenrock

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: To provide a developmentally appropriate early childhood education program which will facilitate the growth of children toward the overall goal of social competence and school readiness.

Substitutes - Guernsey

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: To replace the regular staff in his/her absence. To provide, as closely as possible, the same successful instructional and learning environment that would exist if the regular staff were in attendance. Speech Language Pathologist - 35hrs - Goshen, Converse, and Niobrara Counties

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: To serve as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to evaluate children between the ages of birth through five (5), and to assist in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEP) or Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP). To provide individual therapy to children. To provide training to staff and parents in the areas of expressive and receptive language skills, oral motor functioning abilities, and remediation or adaptations to provide services for hearing impaired children and provide appropriate documentation of those services.
